Gareth Bale in BT Sport channel deal

SCOTLAND fans may be sick of hearing about him, after he dominated the build-up to last Friday’s World Cup qualifier at Hampden, but Wales winger Gareth Bale has been signed up as a guest pundit for the new BT Sport channels.

The Tottenham talisman will also help market BT’s campaigns for its 38 live Premier League games from next season.

Simon Green, head of BT Sport, said: “We are delighted that we’ve managed to do what dozens of top football managers would like to do – sign Gareth Bale.”
