As revealed in The Scotsman last month, the two will meet in a summer fixture which is expected to feature a number of players on the fringes of the full national sides. It will take place at Leicester’s Welford Road on Sunday June 27.

The game will be followed by Test matches against Romania and Georgia on July 10 and 17 at venues to be decided. The intention is for the games to form part of a tour to Eastern Europe.
