AUSTRALIA

Israel Folau

Position: Full-back/Wing/Centre

Age: 27

Caps: 48

Height: 6 ft 5 in

Weight: 16st

Club: NSW Waratahs

Notebook: Assuming that the fact he recently injured his coach in a training accident, delaying Michael Cheika’s flight to the UK, hasn’t put him too much in the boss’s bad books, Folau is primed to be Australia’s most potent attacking weapon. Fast, powerful and versatile there is a growing campaign for his future to lie at outside centre to make the most of the fact he is probably the best attacker and defender in the Aussie backline.

ARGENTINA

Alex Muller

Position: Wing

Age: 22

Caps: 0

Height: 6 ft

Weight: 14st

Club: Toulon

Notebook: Gone are the days when matches against Argentina were primarily seen as forwards battle as an exciting new generation of backs has emerged in the last few years. One to watch could be young flier Alex Muller who impressed with the Pumas’ sevens team who performed well at the Rio Olympics and his since joined French giants Toulon. A former junior decathlete and American footballer in his youth, Muller will hope this autumn series can see him break into the senior national team.

GEORGIA

Mamuka Gorgodze

Caps: 66

Notebook: Georgia have a number of up and coming players but their inspirational skipper Mamuka Gorgodze is their talismanic heart and soul.
