5. Hamilton at the double

6. Champagne moment for Mackinnon

8. Jim bows out at the top
Scotland lock Jim Hamilton made it back-to-back European Cup wins when he made another late appearance off the bench to help Saracens retain the trophy by beating ASM Clermont Auvergne in 2017 at Murrayfield.
