Rugby: Accies extend winning run

TRINITY ACCIES ran in some great tries to clock up their fifth win of the East One season with a 34-3 victory over Moray House at the Jack Kane Centre on Saturday.

The Bangholm men have now won for four weeks on the trot and Saturday's result was never really in doubt. Kiwi flanker Stats Roulston opened the scoring for the visitors with a converted try early in the first half. Accies had stretched that lead to 17-3 by the break, Scott Donnelly and Keith Bobby adding tries. Dave Devlin, Phil Ryan and Jamie Watts added scores after the break.

Lismore are ten points behind the leaders after a 65-0 win at Dunbar, while Portobello beat Dalkeith 25-20 away and Penicuik lost 63-10 at Duns.
