Players back to bolster Dundee push

Dundee HSFP have a number of first-choice players back for this afternoon's rearranged Premier A match with Hawick at Mayfield.

The Taysiders currently sit sixth, but can put pressure on Heriot's in fifth with a victory, and Danny Levison, Matt Smith and Chris Cumming return to the starting line-up after last week's loss to Currie.

Dundee HSFP coach Ian Rankin said: "Hawick come to Dundee on the back of a massive performance against Ayr last weekend, when they were unlucky to lose by a point, and, having beaten Currie earlier in the season, they have shown that on their day they can compete with any club."

Hawick travel north in eighth place and have Glasgow Warriors' pro Alex Dunbar back in the centre. Graham Hogg and Michael Robertson are unavailable.

In Premier B, Edinburgh Accies can move a step closer to a top flight place for next season if they can beat Aberdeen Grammar at Raeburn Place.

However, the men from the Granite City can also tighten their grip on a top-four spot too, so it promises to be a cracker.

In the Premier Cup, Boroughmuir need a win at Peebles to leapfrog Stirling County and top pool H.
