Boxing greats Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr are preparing to lace up their gloves one more time for an exhibition fight in Los Angeles.

The pair - both in their 50s - will look to rewind the clocks when they make a sensational return to the ring to face off against one another in a highly-anticipated duel.

Iron Mike, 54 - once dubbed ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ - hasn’t boxed professionally in 15 years but has reportedly lost six-stone in weight ahead of the contest.

He became the youngest boxer to win a world heavyweight title after defeating Trevor Berbick in 1986, aged just 20, before going on to have a career shrouded in controversy.

Jones Jr, 51, won the world title at four different weights - middleweight, super-middleweight, light-heavyweight and heavyweight - before retiring in 2018, having won his last four fights.

When is the Tyson vs Jones Jr fight?

The two greats of the sport go toe-to-toe in this exhibition fight on Saturday 28 November at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Tyson and Jones Jr top the billing so aren’t expected to enter the ring until 4/5am on Sunday 29 November UK time. The undercard is scheduled to begin at 1am UK time.

Where can I watch Tyson vs Jones Jr?

The event isn’t being shown on terrestrial TV.

BT Sport Box Office will broadcast the fight in the UK at a cost of £19.95.

Coverage begins at midnight in the UK, 8pm ET.

The fight will also be screened on social media site Triller.

Listeners can hear the fight live on talkSport through the app, on the website, 1089 AM or DAB 1053 from 3am on Sunday 29 November.

The fight will be contested over eight rounds, with each round two minutes long.

Neither boxer will be wearing a headguard despite them wearing larger 12-ounce gloves.

Technically, the fight can only be stopped if there is a knock out but officials have said it will be stopped if a cut appears and the referee will have the power to halt the fight.

The WBC will remotely score the fight with the winner crowned WBC Frontline champion.
