Munster 12-20 Harlequins 20: Munster's dreams of a domestic and European double in ruins

Harlequins wrecked Munster's dreams of a domestic and European double with a polished performance in the Thomond Park sunshine.

First-half tries from lock George Robson, converted by Nick Evans and scrum-half Danny Care, who kicked his own conversion, set the tone for Quins. Munster closed the gap to 14-7 by half-time, putting Felix Jones over for a relieving try in the last minute, Ronan O'Gara adding the extras.

In the second half Harlequins added two Rory Clegg penalties. Donncha O'Callaghan and Nick Easter were sin-binned for scuffling and Easter was sent off for a second yellow card offence before Munster's Doug Howlett crossed for a try but Quins held on for the win.
