Michael Schumacher: ‘Encouraging signs’ noted
MOTOR racing legend Michael Schumacher is showing “small, encouraging signs” following his skiing accident in December, according to a statement released by his agent today.
Schumacher’s family remains confident he will “pull through and will wake up”, having been in an artificially induced coma for 69 days.
The 45-year-old winner of seven Formula One drivers’ championship titles badly injured his brain during a low-speed ski accident in the French Alps on 29 December.
