McNaughton targets Carnoustie for first away win of the season

Arniston Rangers are seeking their first away win in the Premier League this season and boss Brian McNaughton feels there would be no better time to break their duck than in tomorrow's clash against Carnoustie Panmure.

Arniston are enjoying a fine start to the season and sitting joint top of the division alongside Ballingry Rovers, Glenrothes and St Andrews United.

Their ten points have come from three home wins plus a draw at Armadale and boss McNaughton said: "It's a huge game for the club and three points away from home would be great. We need to win games away from home and to beat Carnoustie, who are only a point behind our group at the top, would be a start.

"It's a tight league this season with the three Fife sides - Ballingry, Glenrothes and St Andrews - looking good with all having good starts.

"We have a good squad of 19 this season with everyone playing well. I can change things around without any real upheaval. For tomorrow, we have everyone fit. Lewis Coult has been a revelation scoring 13 goals already, while our top scorer last year managed only ten."
