McCormack certain time will tell for Clyde

SECOND Division preview.

CLYDE v ALLOA ATHLETIC

Clyde have only won once in six league games, but manager John McCormack is convinced that better results are not far off. The former Dundee and Morton manager said: "The guys have not had much time to gel but when they do we will start winning games and climbing the table." McCormack will be missing midfielder Marvyn Wilson through suspension with goalkeeper Scott Findlay and midfield pair Kevin Higgins and Steven Howarth also out through injury.

Alloa include left back Kevin Welsh, with

on-loan Hibs youth team goalkeeper Thomas Flynn set to make the bench.

defender Kenny Adamson through a ban with striker Brian Fairbairn doubtful because of a groin injury.

Arbroath welcome back striker Steven Hislop after suspension, bust Bryan Scott is still out along with Marc McCulloch.

EAST FIFE v BRECHIN CITY

(10am pitch inspection)

East Fife have defender John Ovenstone available after a ban. The injured trio of Goran Stanic, Scott Thomson and Steven Campbell remain out with on-loan Falkirk midfielder Stewart Murdoch expected to keep his place.

Brechin City manager Jim Duffy has added former Arbroath midfielder Terry Masson to his squad on a loan basis but his

squad is still pretty threadbare with on-loan Alex Walker still struggling with a groin injury.

PETERHEAD v DUMBARTON

Peterhead have a midfield shortage, with Paul Emslie suspended and Neil McVitie struggling with an injury. Graeme Sharp could be restored to the starting line up and there may also be a debut for recent signing Connor Gethins. Striker Scott Michie is still injured.

Dumbarton goalkeeper David McEwan remains out after surgery on his broken finger but Andy Geggan is in line for a recall after an appendix operation.

STIRLING ALBION v STENHOUSEMUIR

Stirling could be without defenders Sean Roycroft and Andy Graham because of injury and on-loan Motherwell defender Jonathan Page could step in. Hamilton winger Stuart Elliot has been added to the squad on an emergency loan and goes straight into the squad.
