Kenny Anderson's bout is KO'd

Edinburgh supermiddleweight Kenny Anderson's scheduled eight-round tussle with Sheffield's Lee Duncan, due to take place in Manchester tonight, has been cancelled and will now take place on Sunday, July 10 in Colne, Lancashire.'

Meanwhile, the Capital's British Masters champion Gary McMillan has been promised a torrid time when he faces Paisley's Kevin McIntyre's in September.

McIntyre's trainer, Colin Belshaw, said: "Kevin is brimming with confidence after winning 8000 for reaching the semi-finals of the "Prizefighter" welterweight competition in England last month.

"And, even though McMillan is a tough boy, Kevin is fired up and confident that he'll beat him when they fight as planned in Glasgow."
