Kelly one off lead after shooting 68

Glasgow's Chris Kelly leads the Scots after the opening round of the PGA EuroPro Tour's Qualifying School final at Frilford Heath in Oxford.

The former Scottish PGA champion fired a three-under 68 over the Blue course to lurk a shot behind joint leaders James Kankowski, Nick James, Tyrell Hatton and Matt Ford.

Grantown's Duncan Stewart opened with a 70, but Ian Redford, son of the former Rangers and Dundee United midfielder, posted a 74.
