Ice Hockey: Edinburgh Capitals look for local talent

EDINBURGH Capitals ice hockey club have launched an ambitious scheme to develop home-based talent.

The programme will be held at Murrayfield Ice Rink and will run for six months from October.

It will provide development opportunities for under-16 to under-20 age-groups and a training camp will evaluate all students.

A spokesman said: "The goal is to develop skill, speed, strength and an understanding of the game to allow students the best opportunity to reach their hockey goals and potential."
