Hockey: Uni Stepp up to Hillhead

EDINBURGH UNIVERSITY Hockey Club aim to build on last weekend's victory over Stepps when they travel to Hillhead tomorrow, writes NIGEL DUNCAN.

A loss to Hillhead earlier in the season knocked Uni out of the top six and coach Graham Moodie said: "We let it slip with two goals right at the end for a draw so we have a score to settle. Also, we want to build on last weekend's 5-1 win over Stepps at Peffermill which was a good performance in a tight game. Our aim is to finish top of the table in Division 1B and we've made a good start. It is up to us to continue the good work."

Watsonians travel to Stepps looking for a win but their hosts have been strong at home.
