Hibs: You're the manager

JOHN HANRETTY is confident Hibs can more than match Rangers – but the 28-year-old IT worker from Newington thinks the Hibees will need a good start to take three points.

What would your team and formation be? A few changes from the Aberdeen game, where our midfield wasn't really there. Lets have Riordan up front.

What are Rangers' strengths and weaknesses? You can see that their debt has taken its toll on their squad and results like their 1-1 draw with Motherwell show that they're not the team they used to be – I think on paper you could honestly say we're more than a match. Sasa Papac is probably the only really decent player they've got these days.

How will you counter Rangers' strengths and exploit their weaknesses? We let Rangers overrun us at Christmas time but earlier in the season we more than matched them at Ibrox and that's the performance we want to put in again.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? Basically start the first half alike we did the second half against Aberdeen. I think we've been slow out of the traps a few times lately and got away with it until Wednesday night. However, we've shown that we can get a win in Glasgow now by beating Celtic and hopefully confidence is high for this one.
