Hibs: You're the Boss

HARRY SWARBRICK wants Hibs to get back to winning ways in the race for third place and the Craigleith pensioner sees Derek Riordan as the key.

What would your team and formation be? I've made a few changes and I'd give Riordan a run up front – that's his best position.

What are Hamilton's strengths and weaknesses? The Paixao brothers look lively and – dare I say it – Mickael Antoine-Curier has done well since going to them on loan. They are the main threat and they gave us a right doing back in September – 2-0 didn't really reflect it. Weakness wise they've not scored in their last three games and that loss at Ibrox on Tuesday after extra time will have taken a lot out of them.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? We just need to freshen things up and we can stop this dip in form turning into a slump. Danny Galbraith has been knocking at the door for a while now and deserves a run-out. Kevin McBride and Liam Miller provide a strong midfield and, hopefully, McBride can last the pace.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? I hope we get out of the traps early. An early goal would settle the nerves and put us in pole position. If Derek Riordan is playing as an out-and-out striker he will cause problems for any defence.
