Hibs: You're the Boss

JOHN FERGUSON thinks Hibs can maintain the push for second place against the Dons and the 46-year-old builder from Lochend believes the Hibees can do so even with some squad rotation.

What would your team and formation be? It's tricky changing a winning team, but we need to rotate to get through the next few weeks. I'd give Paul Hanlon and Anthony Stokes a rest on the bench.

What are Aberdeen's strengths and weaknesses? You could point to their Raith performance as a weakness but they always under-perform in the cups but that won't do us much good in the league. They've been toiling to score lately, and losing Lee Miller is a problem for them. Strength-wise you could say the pressure in this one is on us to maintain the chase for second place.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? McGhee has been in the papers asking for the fans to get off their backs and you can be sure an early goal for Hibs will see the Dons fans start to get fed up. I think the longer the game goes on, the more chance of Aberdeen taking something but we should be too strong for them over the 90 minutes.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? Be patient and realise that we can beat Aberdeen if we play to our full potential.
