Hibs: You're The Boss

STEVIE KING thinks changes are needed for the trip to Motherwell and the Musselburgh Hibby hopes the Easter Road side can bounce back.

What would your team and formation be? A traditional 4-4-2, with David Wotherspoon and Danny Galbraith on the wings, Derek Riordan playing as an out-and-out striker and Kevin McCann in at right back.

What are Motherwell's strengths and weaknesses? Craig Brown has worked wonders and they're one of the SPL's form teams. Tom Hateley and John Sutton seem to be the ones to watch and our defence better be more alert than at McDiarmid Park. Their pitch is woeful and won't allow any kind of flowing football.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? By making the changes and playing in a normal formation we can make sure we're not two goals behind after nine minutes. You could say our "hoofball" approach is suited to a rutted pitch...

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? Try to get an early goal to settle us but, if things aren't going our way then don't be afraid to ring the changes early on. I'd love to say I expect a win here but I'd be happy with a point.
