Hibs: You're The Boss

FRANK TAYLOR thinks Hibs need to get back to winning ways and the Granton Hibby would ring the changes for the visit of Kilmarnock.

What would your team and formation be?

A 4-4-2 with Merouane Zemmama and Danny Galbraith on the wings. Alan Gow could give us some strength in midfield. Sol Bamba hasn't been at his best lately so I'd put him on the bench.

What are Killie's strengths and weaknesses?

Kevin Kyle was a great signing coup for them and he is always a threat, especially in the air. Calderwood is turning them round slowly but surely. Weakness-wise they've struggled at the back this year and have had very few clean sheets.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses?

Hopefully Kyle will be tired after travelling for a trial match in Turkey. If we're playing a tight 4-4-2 with the midfield being a lot more alert than it was against St Johnstone then we can start getting good supply for Stokes and Riordan. An early goal would get the fans onside and settle any nerves.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game?

I think Killie will put up a fight and Scott Severin will work hard in the midfield but I think we could shade it by a goal or two.
