Hibs: You're the Boss

DAVIE TULLOCH reckons Yogi needs to get his first managerial derby win at Tynecastle and the Lochend Hibby thinks than can happen tomorrow.

What would your team and formation be? It is a tricky one as I would like to make changes after Ross County but you can't rock the boat too much with us going back to Dingwall on Tuesday. I'd play what I see as our strongest team at Tynecastle, though.

What are Hearts strengths and weaknesses? Since Jim Jefferies came back they have managed to grind out results where under Csaba Laszlo they would have toiled so I think the manager is a plus. Weakness-wise they really have no threat up front.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? Jefferies' record against Hibs is pretty rubbish (remember 6-2?). I think psychologically that must be at the back of his mind. Plus, their lack of striker means if we go a goal ahead their fans will be on their backs.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? Somehow recapture the form we were showing up until Christmas. A performance like the second half against Ross County will just not do. A win in the derby could provide the springboard for getting us back into third place. We have the squad to do that so here's hoping they can deliver.
