Hibs: You're the Boss

DAVIE THOMSON thinks major changes are required and the Leith Hibby would like to see fringe players given their chance.

What would your team and formation be? Time to show some of our "first picks" that they are dispensable. Give the fringe players the chance they deserve.

What are Falkirk's strengths and weaknesses? Darren Barr and Scott Arfield are probably their two biggest strengths, although they haven't been effective enough to pull Falkirk away from the bottom. Their form of late has been their biggest weakness and it is on a par with our own. If we're going to get a win anywhere else this season, it will be here.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? You've got to hope that bringing in fringe players will give the team a new lease of life and make these guys stand up and want to impress by a good show against Falkirk. We won through there earlier in the season and I'm looking for a repeat – two players do not make a team.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? A new team, sticking to a 4-4-2 formation, will bring fresh ideas, fresh legs and impetus. Hopefully Benji and Byrne will show interest and get us early goals to set us up for the win that we so desperately need to get this season back on track.
