Hibs: Your Views

FANS still remember the soon-to-be-demolished east stand when it was terracing.

James J Smith: "I have fond memories as a child when the east terracing reached high into the sky and we used to have a TV camera stand made from scaffolding. I remember looking up one day to see a man commentating on the game – none other than Archie McPherson, his mad hair combed from the nape of his neck blowing furiously in the wind."

David Welsh: "I am delighted with the way Hibs have played for most of the season and happy that they have announced the building of the new stand. My father supported Hibs all his life but sadly passed away last year. He was there with the big crowds and the glory days and it would be great to bring that all back."

And one fan has strong views on Sol Bamba ..

Dom McCann Restalrig: "Since Bamba has returned to centre half, he has scored an og against St Mirren and ,against Aberdeen, the men he was marking scored two goals. He gave away penalties against Rangers (albeit a soft one) and St Johnstone and he let the man he was marking against Motherwell lay the ball off to the scorer inside the six-yard box. I don't think he is a bad player but John Hughes should move him back into midfield where he will add some much-needed height and dig to help Liam Miller."
