Hibs: Your View

ONE Hibby believes the manager got his tactics wrong at Ibrox ..

Tony McLaren: "John Hughes is not a saint – yet – and should admit that he got his tactics wrong against Rangers on Sunday. Four changes to a team on an unbeaten run, especially when you are playing the leaders, backfired. Hogg is never a full back. Why drop Wotherspoon when he can make good runs up the park, something Hogg is not capable of? Why bring in Gow unfit and a misfit on Sunday's showing? Riordan is a big occasion player and should have started. The one change asking to be made is to drop Rankin – he managed to pass back to the keeper from the halfway line to break down a promising attack! Let's hope Hughes reverts to a winning formation for tonight."
