Hibs: Your Say

HIBBIES are furious after the Fir Park collapse.

Lewis Hall: "Although we scored six goals, the six goals conceded were terrible. It was a shocking defensive display. Paul Hanlon cannot win a header, Chris Hogg is far too weak and Steven Thicot should be out the door. As for the goalkeeper, there are no words to describe his display. Yogi has to have a good look at himself and the team."

Gary Thomson, Prestonfield: "I can't remember ever witnessing such inept defending. Some of the defenders, not forgetting the keeper, should be wearing big feet and a red nose. I'm sure the definition of 'clown' in the dictionary would say the Hibs defence. If that was an advert to make supporters line up and renew their season tickets it was more likely to have the opposite effect. I still have a little faith left in John Hughes but the signings and departures will be what he is judged on."

Alan Morton, Longstone: "Defending poorly but going forward for fun and always looking like scoring, Yogi took Riordan off. Masterstroke!"

R Ogura, Dunfermline: Colin Nish's hat-trick was fantastic and, at that point, I thought he'd given the other players the opportunity to regain their confidence. However, the defence were not good enough."

Gary Barker, Edinburgh: "Three words describe that performance: Embarrassing; naive; shambolic. I can't think of another manager that would have allowed his team to go from 6-2 up in a game they needed to win to eventually draw 6-6. We the fans (who don't know anything about football) have been saying for months he can't change a game in our favour."
