Hibs: Final Answer

Will Hibs bounce back in tomorrow's Scottish Cup replay against Ross County?

Mark Smith, Pirniefield: "You would hope the derby defeat would act as a wake-up call for a lot of these players but to be honest there have been lots of games recently where you think they would maybe say 'enough is a enough', but the fact they have failed to do so really makes me wonder if they care. If Ross County go a goal ahead I think we will really struggle to come back from that and I'm prepared for us going out of the cup without the need for extra time."

Craig Hamilton, Edinburgh: "I think that after the last couple of results I have to say I am far from confident that Hibs will beat Ross County when we travel up to Dingwall. We were poor against them first time around at Easter Road and I have no doubt that the morale will be low after the Hearts result. I hope that I am wrong but I cannot see us progressing to the semi-final."

Steve McKenzie, Bellevue: "I am about as confident in Hibs beating Ross County as I am in me winning the London Marathon. They should have beat us at Easter Road easily and that will give them confidence on their own pitch. The team showed in the derby that they are spineless. Never mind, 340-mile round trip here we come."

Michael, Edinburgh: "I think it is all about going in with the right mindset – I think if Hibs approach this game with the correct mindset we will take care of Ross county and win comfortably on Tuesday night, and thereafter take Celtic at Hampden."

John Clark, Musselburgh: "I think you'll be able to tell within the first ten minutes on Tuesday whether we will go through or not and I can't see extra time being required. On paper this should be a shoe in for us but we've shown over the last few weeks that something is seriously wrong at the club and it remains to be seen whether Yogi can turn this round and get us into Europe. Gardyne is the man to watch, he caused us all kinds of bother at Easter Road and he can do the same in Dingwall."

Davie Millar, Musselburgh: "The fans are annoyed enough as it is but I'd hate to see the reaction if we went to extra time against Ross County and then went out – by my reckoning you wouldn't be getting home until after 1am if that happened."
