Hibs: Final Answer

What do you think of the special season ticket deals that Hibs have offered?

John Harrison, Northfield: "The club will need all the help it can get to attract supporters to renew and also for first-time buyers to take up season tickets. So special deals are the club's preferred option! It's also abundant in all retail outlets in any high street. It's not just football clubs who are struggling. The current financial climate makes it doubly hard for fans to justify spending 400 on football, if you factor in that the team are playing pretty poor football then the seats do

Alex Carson, Fife: "I bet the board of directors have been locked away in dark cupboards wondering how to make fans buy the new season briefs. If the managers had the team playing and winning like they were before Christmas, and until he started to muck about with the players, tactics and basically destroy all the good work of early season, these deals would not have been necessary as the fans would be snapping them up. Now we will be lucky to sell as many as we did last season but this is a good and necessary enticement."

Steve McKenzie, Bellevue: "The ten-month interest free plan is a good idea for people getting season tickets, as it helps out people who can't afford to pay one big lump sum. However, it won't matter either way for me because, at the moment, I see no reason why I should pay out 400 to watch a bunch of players who could not care less."

Michael Kay, Craigleith: "Good idea, I just hope that the fans who take the interest-free plan continue to pay if the team goes through a bad spell. I hope also that the team play well and we can fill the new stand."

M Baxter, Loganlea: "Great idea that fans can pay for their tickets over ten months, also a great idea that all stands have the Family package which was puzzling why it wasn't available before. All we need now is the team to match the quality of the steering group that put these deals in place."
