Hibs' Caldwell at the double

Hibs' Under-19 team travelled to meet Central Taxis Premier Division side Selkirk last night and returned with a 2-0 victory courtesy of two second-half goals from substitute Ross Caldwell.

Midway through the second half, Campbell powered a 20-yard drive into the top corner and, although Calun Hope had an opportunity to equalise, it was the young Hibs team who scored again when Caldwell finished off a good move with a low shot into the net.

Caldwell was denied his hat-trick when he hit the post in the final minute.
