Henry to lead Barbarians

New Zealand’s World Cup-winning coach Graham Henry will lead the Barbarians against Australia at Twickenham next month.

Henry, who stepped down as All Blacks coach after Sunday’s final, and his assistant, Steven Hansen, have accepted offers to coach the famous side against the Wallabies on 26 November.

Joining Henry and Hansen in a star-studded Baa-Baas line-up will be several of New Zealand’s triumphant squad. Sonny Bill Williams and Keven Mealamu are scheduled to make their second Barbarians’ appearance, while the All Black debutants include Jerome Kaino, Piri Weepu and Adam Thomson.

Former Scotland captain Jason White is also in the Barbarians squad.
