Hearts: You're the Boss

GEOFF MOFFAT from Mayfield hopes the long trip north to Aberdeen tomorrow proves fruitful for Hearts.

What would your team and formation be? I'd play a 4-4-2 and I'd like to see Jose Goncalves come straight back into the side after his ban. I'd bring Ian Black into midfield for the suspended Ruben Palazuelos. I also feel that David Templeton is worthy of another chance rather than Suso, who was disappointing against Hibs.

What are Aberdeen's strengths and weaknesses? They have had some good results but some shocking ones, too. They have a young squad, like ourselves, and they will be under a bit of pressure, which they might find tough to cope with. However, Pittodrie is always a hard place to go to and we'll need to be at our best.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? If we can keep it tight early on, their fans will get restless. All the pressure is on Aberdeen as a draw and a replay would probably make us favourites to win the tie. We defended well at Easter Road with Marius Zaliukas a standout at the back and, hopefully for once, he can leave Pittodrie with something positive.

What do Hearts have to do to win the game? Start the game well and keep the solid shape that has seen us grind out results lately. If we do, we can heap the pressure on them. Gordon Smith's finish against Hibs was terrific and more of the same would give us a great chance of victory.
