Caz Wright, The Inch: "I have been a supporter of Vladimir Romanov but I've got to agree with Gary Mackay about the tinkering with the team. To leave a player like Marius Zaliukas out is madness and not only hurting the player but the fans. Jim Jefferies would have the makings of a good side if only he was allowed to field the players at his disposal."

Stuart, Manchester: "Why no word from Mackay now? He is ducking the issues Romanov has raised. He may say it's not dignified to reply but, if you give opinion in print, you can't then duck the challenge"
