Hearts: Final Answer

What are your views on Laszlo's signing targets Lee Miller, Kevin Kyle and Jim O'Brien?

Ian Trotter, Gorgie: "I think all three are excellent players and they would definitely improve the current squad. Unfortunately, I don't have much faith in the board to get the deals done and I'd be surprised to see any of them come to Hearts."

James May, Oxgangs: "There's no chance we'll get all three but, hopefully, we can get one. Kevin Kyle would be the best from those names. He is a proven goalscorer and is unsettled at Kilmarnock. He's a very realistic target."

Lisa Heaton, Sighthill: "It's exciting to hear good, experienced SPL players being linked to the club. I am not confident of seeing any of them sign but I was surprised last year when we got Ian Black so, hopefully, it will be the same again."

Ewen Meldrum, Westfield: "I would pass Lee Miller as I've always felt he's a bit overrated but I'd take Kyle and O'Brien. Csaba is looking at the right kind of player and I hope he gets the backing to sign them."

Scott Mooney, Inch: "Any of the three would be a major coup for the club. All of them have quality and are capable of improving the team. Unfortunately, with the issues going on behind the scenes at Tynecastle, I will believe it when I see it."

Brian Stark, Prestonpans: "It's hard to believe we'll see anyone signed up when Vladimir Romanov wouldn't even gamble on Steven MacLean and Izale McLeod. My fear is that the wage demands will be too high and we will miss out again."

John Parker, Leith: "Those are definitely exciting names as those players are so much better than what we have available right now. However, it seems that no matter what Csaba comes up with, Vlad refuses to sanction it, and I can see the same scenario here."

Mark Cameron, Balgreen: "It won't help us this season but that would be three fantastic signings to take us forward next season. It'd be fantastic but I don't think Vlad has the foresight to make it happen."

Colin Hunter, Saughton: "All three are good players but it's not going to happen. If Kyle and Miller were deemed not good enough in the Summer by Romanov – a position that was clearly ridiculous – then I can't see why he would agree to sign them now."

Russell Donald, Newington: "Maybe I'm just a bit battle weary with Romanov now but I don't think there is any chance of any of those players joining Hearts. We've heard so many promises before that have not been delivered on and this will probably be the latest in a long line."
