Hartley puts Dons on alert

Aberdeen skipper Paul Hartley has urged his team-mates to take full advantage of the Scottish Cup quarter- final reprieve they enjoyed at St Mirren when they tackle tonight's replay at Pittodrie.

Hartley does not accept that the tie has necessarily swung in Aberdeen's favour and believes hard work is needed to set up a semi-final appearance against Inverness or Celtic.

Hartley said: "We are not taking anything for granted. We know it's going to be tough. They made it difficult on Saturday and they probably feel they should have won the game considering the amount of clear-cut chances that they had."
