Solheim Cup moving to even years from 2024 to avoid Ryder Cup clash

As had previously been announced, the Solheim Cup will be staged in Ohio in 2021 then Spain in 2023.
But back-to-back playings in 2023 and 2024 will then see it being held in different years thereafter to the Ryder Cup.

“When the competition returns to the US in 2024, I have no doubt fans will have an incredible opportunity to celebrate the best women golfers from the US and Europe as they represent their home countries.”
The 2021 Ryder Cup is at Whistling Straits before the event is held in Italy in 2023.
