Golf: David Law finishes sixth in Red Sea event

Aberdonian David Law retained fourth spot on the 2013 money-list after finishing joint sixth in the Red Sea Egyptian Classic at Sokhna Golf Club.

A second successive 71 after opening with a 70, gave the two-times Scottish Amateur champion a four-under-par total and earned him a cheque for just under £1,000.

Law, a winner on the third-tier circuit in Turkey earlier in the year, had his only double-bogey off the week at the seventh but his closing card also contained five birdies.
