Cumbernauld's Westerwood golf resort tees up new look
The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort is looking to raise its game after announcing a £500,000 renovation and expansion of its spa and leisure facilities.
Under the investment plans, the Cumbernauld resort – part of the QHotels group – will undergo extensive redevelopment work to “significantly” improve the flow of the spa, while the experience for leisure guests and golfers will be enhanced further through the recruitment of ten additional staff.
The refurbishment programme will include the installation of three new treatment rooms, expansion of the “relaxation area” from five up to 30 beds and the addition of a new Rasul spa.
