She beat Julie Douglas from Merchants by 4 and 3 in the final at Royal Burgess, where a three-hole winning burst from the 11th proved decisive.

Scrimgeour accounted for Greenburn's Marjory Gillies in the semi-finals, while Douglas advanced, beating Noreen Fenton of Swanston New.
