Golf: Robert Allenby leads Sony Open in Honolulu

AUSSIE Robert Allenby stayed a shot in front of the pack in the second round of the Sony Open at Honolulu's Waialae Country Club.

He opened with a five-under-par 65 to share the overnight lead and followed it with a three-under 67 to get to halfway in eight under par at the first full-field event on the 2010 PGA Tour.

World No.3 Steve Stricker also shot 67 and is one stroke behind.
