Golf: Reilly is ace

A BRACE of 69s secured the scratch spoils for Keith Reilly as Dunbar's Michael Creasey threated to ruin the home party in the Silverknowes Open.

In a field of 100, Reilly won by two shots from Creasey, who had two 70s, pipping Graham Robertson and Tam Caldwell on a countback for second spot. Ian Randall (141) was fifth with Paul Ross (143) sixth.

The handicap section was won by Dundas Park's Malcolm McKellar, who shot 65 and 68 off five to finish two ahead of Randall, with Kevin Reilly (136) third on a countback.
