Golf: Open winner Oosthuizen set to be centre of attention in Stockholm

South African Louis Oosthuizen is about to start discovering just how much his life has changed since he won The Open on Sunday.

Despite all the effort he put into St Andrews, Oosthuizen has honoured his commitment to play in the Nordea Scandinavian Masters in Stockholm this week.

Prior to his amazing seven-shot win over Lee Westwood, the 27-year-old might have expected playing with Robert Rock and Peter Hanson in the first two rounds at Bro Hof to attract only a small crowd - all to see local man Hanson.

But now Oosthuizen will be the centre of attention wherever he goes. And wherever he goes now includes the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational in Ohio in two weeks and October's Grand Slam in Bermuda.

The second of those is just for the winners of this season's four majors, so Masters champion Phil Mickelson and the US Open's Graeme McDowell have already booked their places as well.

Oosthuizen is now up to fifth on this season's European Tour money list and if he wins again on Sunday he will move up to second behind McDowell.
