Golf: Lee's top boy

NEWBATTLE'S Lee Morgan and Daniel Walker of Glencorse were the two winners in the Lothians Boys' Champion of Champions at Murrayfield.

In an event sponsored by Caermount Golf Club, Morgan shot a 71 to win the scratch by three shots from Euan Mackay (Torphin Hill) and Ross Brydon (Bruntsfield Links).

And Walker claimed the handicap honours with a net 67 playing off ten, also winning by three shots from Aodan Donnelly, a five-handicapper at the host club.
