George Watson's 18 - 0 Loretto: Watson's too strong for Loretto as they book place in semi-final
The match, as you might expect of one of this nature, started at a frantic pace and there were a number of early turnovers with the best runs in the first ten minutes coming from the home side's centre Ramsay Young.
Watson's - who last made the final in 2008 when current Edinburgh pro Stuart McInally was captain - opened the scoring when a great run down the left from Broadley saw him score in the 17th minute.

Hide AdStand-off Andrew McMillan missed the tough conversion and a penalty four minutes later, but the home side were soon 10-0 up. This time it was well worked by the forwards. After McMillan had kicked a penalty to touch, Watson's won the lineout ten metres out and drove over with prop Rhys Jack credited with the score.
Loretto tried to get points on the board before the interval, the best chance being created by lively stand-off Danny Owenson with a neat kick-and-chase, but Watson's held firm.
McMillan kicked a penalty five minutes into the second half before Dominic Johnston's try eight minutes later rounded off a great team effort.
