Formula 1: Bathgate's Di Resta poised to join Force India

FORCE India will this week confirm the worst-kept secret in Formula One when it reveals Bathgate's Paul Di Resta as its new reserve and test driver. Di Resta will be unveiled in Force India team colours at a yet-to-be-confirmed venue in Scotland.

While both Force India and the 23-year-old Scot remained tight-lipped about the plans, the team's chief operating officer, Otmar Szafnauer, is scheduled to be in Scotland during the next five days.

"I can't say anything about what's happening," Di Resta, who has been in discussions with the Silverstone-based outfit since his three-day test at Jerez last month.
