Your Views on Hearts' display

James Gardner, Morningside: "After an excellent first-half display, we threw it away right at the start of the second half. So disappointed with our second-half performance here but Saturday is more important."

Mark Robertson, Gorgie: "You can't afford to defend like that against Celtic. We made it too easy for them after the break. I thought that Black and Obua put in a good shift for us."

Gordon Milne, Balerno: "We did well in the first half and put some decent moves together without really threatening them. However, the second half was dire. We lost such cheap goals."

Graeme Pattison, Dalry: "Same old story from Hearts. When we are on top, we're not able to take advantage. We don't create enough. We need to stop the rot soon."

Darren Edwards, Tollcross: "I thought that we gave a decent account of ourselves in the first half but we were really poor after the break. The game was over as a contest after 50 minutes."

Bobby Hill, Saughton: "I am disappointed at the way that we capitulated so early in the second half. If Celtic hadn't taken the foot off the pedal, it might have been much worse."

Peter Lewis, Edinburgh: "Another massive lapse of concentration at the start of the second half proved to be our undoing. Two minutes of madness cost us the chance of a win."

Lesley Steele, Granton: "We didn't turn up for the second half. However, there were some positives to take from our first-half showing. At least we had a go and tried to take the game to them."

Darren Keogh, Leith: "I don't understand why it all went wrong so quickly. We looked solid and composed in the first half but the early second-half goals rocked us and there was no way back."

John McDonald, Sighthill: "I thought that we worked hard and it was good to see Obua applying himself properly. It was another disappointing result in the end, though and we and are in danger of slipping down the table."
