Stenhousemuir's Fraser Kerr turned ball into his own net

Stenhousemuir came back from two goals down to force a 2-2 draw against league leaders Alloa.

Alloa made the perfect start when Kevin Cawley’s cross was turned into his own net by Fraser Kerr.

The Wasps started the second half in much the same way as the first and Jim Goodwin put them 2-0 up after 51 minutes. But Goodwin was then sent off for an elbow on Jamie McCormack to give Stenhousemuir hope.

Willis Furtado pulled a goal back for Stenhousemuir with ten minutes left before Oliver Shaw equalised.

Livingston lost 3-1 at East Fife and ended up with just nine players.

Jamie Insall put East Fife in front with a clever lob over the advancing Liam Kelly and the home side made it 2-0 shortly afterwards when Chris Kane was left unguarded at a free-kick.

East Fife who moved further in front before half-time when Insall took advantage of a slip by Kelly to make it 3-0  and Josh Mullin pulled a goal back in the second half after Liam Buchanan had cut the ball back.

Scott Pittman then went close with a well-struck shot.

Livingston finished with nine men when Michael Miller and then Alan Lithgow were sent off in separate incidents in the final minutes.

Brechin City moved joint top when they came from behind to beat Peterhead 2-1 through strikes from Ally Love and Andy Jackson after Rory McAllister had opened the scoring.

Albion Rovers beat Airdrieonians 2-0 with Paul Willis and Mark Ferry netting before Iain Russell was sent off.

Liam Dick and Craig Malcolm scored as Stranraer won 2-0 at Queen’s Park, who had Darren Miller sent off.
