Lennon keen on Croatian keeper

Neil Lennon has hinted that Stipe Pletikosa is his main goalkeeping target, after the Croatian played in last night's 1-0 friendly win over Cardiff. The player needs a work permit if Parkhead chiefs make him a permanent offer but Lennon's first priority is to persuade him to stay in Glasgow. "A short-term contract coule be possible but there are stipulations to follow," the Celtic boss said. (Daily Record)

Rangers' offer slammed as Miller heads to Cardiff

Rangers suffered fresh frustration in their pursuit of new recruits yesterday when their bid to re-sign Kenny Miller from Bursaspor was rejected out of hand by the Turkish club. Miller now looks set to make his return to the United Kingdom with Cardiff City instead after the Welsh club agreed to meet Bursaspor's €1 million valuation - around 880,000 - for the Scotland striker. • USA international midfielder Alejandro Bedoya is keen on a move to Rangers this summer. A pre-contract agreement may be the likeliest option after his Swedish club, Orebro, turned down the Ibrox club's original offer. But the 24-year-old said: "A move to Rangers would interest me. Sheridan keen on Hibs move

Inverness Caley Thistle are on the verge of landing a six-figure cash windfall from mystery investors. The group, believed to be based abroad, is understood to be formed of expats from the Highland capital. Tevez calm after Corinthians collapse

Carlos Tevez will "respect" Manchester City if he fails to secure his move away from the club this summer, according to his agent Kia Joorabchian.
