Celtic target Damari signs for Hapoel Tel Aviv

Omer Damari has signed for Israeli side Hapoel Tel Aviv for 1.3m after his move to the Parkhead club fell through. It is understood Celtic were unwilling to pay the 1.8m transfer fee initially demanded and were unconvinced the midfielder would receive a work permit. (Scotsman)
