Tom Cairney out of Scotland squad for double header

Tom Cairney has withdrawn from the Scotland squad to face Belgium and Albania through injury.

The Fulham midfielder picked up a knock in Sunday’s English Premier League match against Burnley at Craven Cottage.

Scotland are due to face Belgium in a friendly at Hampden on Friday 7 September. They will meet Albania at the same venue in their opening Uefa Nations League tie three days later.
