Celtic are considering a move for Manchester City midfielder Douglas Luiz, according to the Scottish Sun.
The Brazilian cannot play for Pep Guardiola’s side this season after failing to land a work permit for this season following a loan at Girona last term.
Brendan Rodgers is now looking to take advantage of the situation by bringing the 20-year-old to Parkhead on loan.
Douglas would still need a visa to play in Scotland but could be granted one if considered an “exceptional talent” for the Ladbrokes Premiership.
The player joined City in the summer of 2017 from Vasco da Gama on a five-year deal and has five caps for the Brazil under-20s side.
