SPL Fanzone: Kilmarnock

The referee called the game off at East End Park while cheerily informing us that he had not consulted anyone who knew anything about the weather and was apparently unaware that fog can lift and drift quite easily.

The travelling support were already there, so it’s not like he saved us the expense of a trip and the match could have gone on any time from 2.30pm onwards. The comments of Pars chairman John Yorkston reflected his anger and echoed the sentiments of the Killie fans who wasted their time and money. How many will manage to attend a rescheduled midweek game in January? Killie will miss out on support and Dunfermline will lose out on cash.

The Trust AGM went well and the important news is that FFTF will be wound down and we will now be concentrating all our efforts on plans for a Youth Academy, which hopefully we can get everyone on board with.
